The Role – Training Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Training Delivery Manager to join our CLX team! You’ll have a part in leading, driving, and growing the Australian Training business and ensuring the quality and output of all appointed work is of exceptional quality. 


  • Responsible for leading the CLX Training Delivery team
  • Engage and consult with stakeholders nationally and internationally in relation to Training needs and plans
  • Develop team capability through upskilling, measurement, and coaching
  • Support and drive recruitment to sustain and build the Training delivery team
  • Oversee all Training Delivery plans and ensure the highest quality of execution is met
  • Assist in driving Training leads and sales through the business to achieve budget targets
  • Develop and update training materials that align with client requirements
  • Help develop compelling proposals for new and existing clients in the Training space
  • Continually drive operational excellence in all aspects of work
  • Lead change in complex environments
  • Ensure assigned Training projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Input into the long-term Training strategies
